The winter is over, the summer is almost here, and it’s time to start training ! The mens & ladies training is now in full swing and we are looking for new members the whole time. If you would like to try it out you are more than welcome. Training times are currently :

• Monday & Wednesday for the guys @ 7pm
• Monday & Wednesday for the girls @ 7pm
• Saturdays @ 12pm for both

Note that this Wednesday’s training is postponed until Thursday because of the Irish Soccer game. If you would like to keep track of training info, cast your eyes [here]

Again, we would like to reiterate that new members are always welcome. Just pop down to training, or contact us on the message board
