2009 AGM 29th January Eine Welt Haus

Our AGM takes place on Thursday, 29th January at the Eine Welt Haus at 7.30pm. Eine Welt Haus can be found at Schwanthalerstr. 80 RGB, 80336 München (5 Min. from U-Bahn-Station Theresienwiese U 4/5, exit Schwanthalerstraße, 10 Min. from Hauptbahnhof). As always the AGM is our yearly gathering to look back on the year that’s been and to look ahead and see where we can improve etc. Also, it’s the chance for a new committee to shine. We will be taking nominations for the electoral positions in München Colmcilles GAA e.V for the year 2009.
The outgoing officers are as follows:

2009 Committee Nominations

If you are a current member of Munich Colmcilles , you are entitled to submit your nominations for these posts.  Please submit your nominations to the committee  before January 27th.

2009 AGM Motions

It is also possible for members to submit motions to be discussed and to be voted on at the AGM.  An example of a motion would be “I propose the incoming committee to bring more structure to communication within the club”.  Motions should be sent before January 27th.
