What is Gaelic Football ?

Here is a short video of Gaelic Football. This video shows some of the main skills, and has a good overview of passes, scoring, blocks and tackles. As you will see Gaelic Football is a semi-contact sport, and almost looks like a mixture of football and rugby.

We will post a hurling video on Thursday.

One of the new features that we now have here at www.MunichGAA.de is a message board. This is open to players/committee members/interested members of the public in fact anyone who wants to use it. To use it you will need to register [click here] and once that is done you will be able to post messages straight away.

It is hoped that the message board will be an important service that will keep people informed about GAA activities in Munich, Germany and in Europe in general.

Myself and mick are working to move all the old content from MunichGAA.de version 1.0 to this version. It will take a bit of time, but be patient and we’ll get to it in the end.
