On Saturday the 22^rd April Munich traveled to Bucarest Budapest in Romania Hungry. Four teams (Budapest, Copenhagen, Vienna & Munich) from the Eastern European League were present. With temperatures hitting over 25°, our boys had to acclimatise very quickly indeed. Munich won all 3 of the group games, sometimes with only the narrowest of margins and made it into the final against the home team of Budapest. The final was a hard battle, fancy cards of all colours were shown by the referee, but the high level of football continued. Budapest showed the upper hand in the latter stages of the game and came away with a victory for the home side.

On behalf of the players & managment I would like to thank Budapest for a great tournament and to congratulate them on providing abother great platform for GAA to be played in Europe.
